Old Town Bake Shop proudly serves customers in the Grand Rapids metropolitan area, Michigan. We do not ship products. All baked goods are fulfilled through local pickup or local delivery only.
Local Pickup
Pickup is available at our designated pickup location in the Grand Rapids area.
The specific address and pickup instructions will be provided during checkout and again in your confirmation email.

Pickup is available during the time window selected at checkout.

Orders are prepared fresh; please arrive within your scheduled window.

If you are running late, contact us at info@oldtownbakeshop.com so we can make appropriate arrangements.

If you miss your scheduled pickup time, we will do our best to coordinate a new time.
However, because our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee freshness beyond the original window.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within the Grand Rapids metropolitan area.

When placing an order for delivery, you will need to provide:

Any delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the door, gate code, etc.)

Our delivery service is limited to areas within the Grand Rapids metro region.
If your address is outside our delivery radius, the system may prevent checkout, or we may contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Order Changes and Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us at info@oldtownbakeshop.com as soon as possible. Because our products are baked to order, cancellations may not be possible once preparation begins.
No Shipping Available
Old Town Bake Shop does not offer shipping via postal or courier services. All orders must be fulfilled through local pickup or delivery only.
