At Old Town Bake Shop, everything is made fresh to order. Because our items are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Order Changes & Cancellations

If we haven’t started preparing your order, we can usually offer a full refund.

Once baking begins, cancellations may not be possible.
If There’s an Issue With Your Order
Email us within 24 hours and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We’ll assess the situation and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the issue.
